The Corn Exchange
Address: 81 East 125th Street
Size: 32,000 square feet
Type: Retail and Office
The Corn Exchange building is the premier boutique office and retail building in East Harlem. Located at the gateway of Manhattan across from the 125th Street Metro North Railroad, the Corn Exchange is the first building many see when they come to the city. While only two floors of the New York City Landmark remained prior to reconstruction, the new building preserves the existing structure and pays homage to the original, which stood for one hundred years. With two floors of retail and five floors set aside for offices, the Corn Exchange provides much needed street activity along Park Avenue, economic development for East Harlem, and opportunities for small businesses throughout New York. Construction completed in 2015.
